Shar's Preliminary MW2 Review

Ok, so Beer and I have played the game so far and we both enjoy it.

Things you need to know:

Matchmaking/Servers-
It's easy to get into games and Beer and I managed to get into a party and then get into a game once or twice (don't remember how).

Singleplayer- Haven't played it because I wanted to let you guys know how MP is, but I'm assuming it's fucking awesome.

The Multiplayer-
S&D Hardcore is available, you can play it straight away on the private match mode.
It is a fucking great game to play, just as good as MW1 was if not better.
The blood splatter is the only REALLY annoying thing about the game, that and pop ups about things you just did kind of get in the way.
NO LEANING. This is queer but you get over it quick enough.
Map sizes are big enough for more people but 18 is fine.
THERE IS LITTLE LAG. I played with Beer and got a connection that was "green" (there's no ping numbers anymore). You guys will all do just fine, I've hosted and it's not hard to do either.

Bottom line: This game is worth your money, buy it so we can have a damned good time.

I plan on buying it, I can't keep my wallet in my pants when it comes to the COD series, which now should be called the MW series I guess.

Come to think of it... I might have to feign an injury in tonights hockey game to skip work tomorrow.  Then I'm off again Monday... Plenty of play time!

The game might be, but evidently OUR(PC users) imput was not worth anything...Fuck IW they lost me.

When you buy the cd you still go through steam Op.  Friar, sorry I wont see you around ahahaha.  The game looks and plays great on my lappy, can't wait to put it on my desktop.  Shar, fuck you for making me play til 5 am then having me fall asleep at work.  You join thru steam so as long as you find a game with open slots you can invite friends.  A had a few lag issues but nothing serious.  Beer agrees with Shar and gives it a thumbs up.

From your look at it Shar and all it sounds like they wanted to make a Modern Halo, and make have hit the payload.
Still waiting to see if I can even run the thing at a playable level.
