From what i've read, there will be 5 new campaigns with the 4 new survivors, new weapons too.

There will be several new special infected on top of the current ones, one of them has been revealed as a "Charger". It looks like a normal infected, however it will charge and piledrive you and your team if you are camped up in a corner or room. Gonna make the game much harder.

They have also mentioned that there will be a brand new game mode, which they havent revealed yet. Also, they are talking about adding the previous campaigns from L4D to it so you can access all campaigns from the one game.

Seems interesting, and there is supposed to be alot more to be revealed. Will have to see.

Same engine, same graphics (from the preview shots)... they could not have just added a expansion? or at least rework the egine first... ugh where did they go wrong with the engine :(
