Latency? add another server?

what is the latency like with 32 on teh server.  Seems a little high.

When you set up the 2nd server, can you set up a 24 person server?

I suppose I will forgo UT3 until next month for COD4 now.  Just have to decide if I want to get a retail copy of just dl it from Steam.  Damn me for buying Persona 3 over the weekend; otherwise I could have gotten COD4, Mass Effect and still been able to add UT3 to my collection this month.

get it with steam CD,  u never have to worry about losing/scratching your cd or serial.  Even if u reformat your comp you get re-dl from steam
