It's not bad, the idea behind it is good.

Some tips if you want some.

I see you used some of the filtering effects on the background. When you use the filter effects, try to use more than one general effect with it. For instance, having the original background and duplicating it a few times, keep the very back layer the original and mess around with both the sketching (which that looks like it is) and some of the blending properties (Color Dodge, Linear Light maybe for that) and set it on different opacities with some smuding maybe to add depth.

The idea behind it is good, the font could use a lil work on the spacing and probably the positioning, but its good to see u using some more effects =)

Yeah I was having some trouble with the font locking together cause I had to put them on three different Layers and two extras for the quote.

Basically when I moved the letters around and put them near there place they locked with the R. I wasnt sure how I would fix that though >.<.

Oh and I have yet to figure out which tool you use to cut your images. All the immediate ones i could think of came to be a pain in the ass.

To cut out backgrounds from the main image use the Magic Wand tool, it selects things that are of similiar color that are connecting.

The text should be on 3 different layers, thats fine. Just nudge them around.

But yeah, general tip is to duplicate ur background and ur render (focal) layers a few times and just play around with them, either with blending properties or smuding with opacity levels.

Ok, this one took a lil while longer than I expected when I started.

Obviously its from RE4, and it has my favorite quote from the game.

Salazar: I have sent my right hand after you.
Leon: Your right hand comes off?

I used a font I found online this time.
I think I messed the blurring up just abit, so i might go back and fix that later.

Hmm, what about making the blood glow abit?
Not sure how it would look, maybe Leon would fit in the picture better though.
What tool would I use for that?
