Can anyone offer their time to help me out with my clan website. If you can help me, ill tell you its a gameservers website. Looks very confusing, but ive also never dealt with anything like this. So give me a shout. my xfire is monsterrr777

haha....two bad silents ruined the whole bunch. Sorry man......its just that the past two silents that have come across our collective path have turned out to be major asshats. As far as website stuff goes, Op-X runs the show here. None of it is html, so its something that you can download and tinker with. Ask Op-x to point you in the right google direction.

I'll try to offer you a direction. I've tried helping someone in the past once and all that happened was it kept gobbling up all my time so I ask that you just keep any questions you might have here or in PM. please don't IM me.

1) Don't try coding your own site. There are plenty of CMS programs out there that have it all done for you.
PhpNuke, PostNuke, e107, hell... even Wordpress (my personal favorite).

2) To make it even remotely successful you need FTP access. With FTP access you can upload your files to the server for hosting and manage all the content.

3) Start easy.... e107 was my first CMS (Content Management System). It isn't very robust but it gives you everything you need quickly. (www.e107.org).

4) Avoid flash and music.... nothing screams goober website like flashing icons, happy faces dancing across the screen and annoying music that only you like.

ive tried them all
e107 or even joomla are best, easy and far more secure than nuke garbage
