1. So, I upgraded from my X-fi Xtreme gaymer to an ASUS Xonar Essence STX PCIE 7.1 sound card:

2. I'm trying to figure out what headset to buy. Something with a pretty wide frequency range, and decent dB sensitivity:

Astr0 AT40's. You can buy the audio mixer that goes with the headphones. Also, it has a 3.0 mono jack, so you can hook it up to a REAL sound system :)
