Verizon FIOS - Hosting Co-op / Dedicated Server, etc...

How the fork do i do this? I already set the PC's ip as a DMZ on the router, supposedly that is all that is required.

Can anyone offer any steps to get this thing up and running so someone can join me and/or i can invite someone?
